i know nothing about wigan except the WIgan kebab which is three pies on a stick.

what is the normal turn out for a club night?

Depends on the time of year really. Typically get around 15-20 people turning up.

I posed this nearly two years ago about TIPEC members in the Wigan area - have any new members joined?

Oh yes - the North West Region is alive and well! If you would care to take a look at the NW pages on the main web-site you should find a few words describing the bits and pieces that the group has been involved with this year and what we have coming up.

All Porsche enthusiasts welcome on 'club night' at the Dressers' or on any of our runs.

I noticed on the NW group pages there is a German Car show at Haigh Hall in August. Interested in going to support if I can. Is it a well attended event?

Re the Haigh Hall German Classic Car Show: I believe that last year's show was the first one. It was remarkably successful all things considered - a lot of old and new Audi's, BMW's, Merc's, air and water-cooled VW's plus a good turn out of Porsche cars.

The organiser, Phil, came to our last club night for a chat and has allocated us a nice spot so we're hoping for a good turn-out.

As before; feel free to come along to any of our meets or contact myself, Andy or Dave to say 'Hi'.
