Just a quick line to let everyone know that in Anglia Region we are looking into running a 'track activity day' at North Weald Airfield (Essex) on a Sunday in Springtime (March, April ) 2010, for up to 25 cars. Before booking it, we need to know how much interest there is and if members from other Regions would like to join us.
This is not just the normal track day event but has much more emphasis on car handling skills!

1. High speed cornering to assess drivers standards.
2. Then onto two separate circuits to hone your own skills at your own pace with a few pointers from qualified instructors.
3. Time permitting a sprint circuit to finish.
We need to know what level of interest there is and roughly how many TIPEC members would like to take part, for us to see if this is a viable proposition. The cost is around £50 per entrant, (that's if all 25 places are filled).
This is outstanding value and a good insight into your own limits and that of your cars. At the moment we are looking at the following dates 7th March or 11th, 18th & 25th April (These dates have yet to be confirmed with Carlimits).
