I would say no, as it was designed for a LHD set up

I think that is also why the driving position is off centre

Yes, you can make them park on the left, but the reason why they park on the right (or the drivers side) is due to water running across your vision.
They park on the drivers side to prevent a stream running acrsoos the drivers side of the screen.

are you talking RHD , cos if you are they already park on the passenger side
well I presume so cos my left hooker wipers park on the left
