Where do I start with this one? Firstly I'll apologise to the poor sods that joined me today.
I replied to a random email promoting the Fun Day and the promise of joining a parade headed by some of John Surtees F1 and Sports Cars.
Not only did we arrive for the parade nearly 2 hours before it was due to begin. We didn't see the F1 or Sports Cars. We missed the Photographic Gallery, stood in a field getting pissed wet through watching remote control aircraft drop toffees for children to pick up and burst balloons.
To top it all, I felt so guilty I bought a drink for everyone including crisps that were 3 months out of date. I took them back and had to settle for crisps that were only 2 days out of date

You missed out the 2 hrs sitting on an industrial estate next to a former council estate and that we all received a rosette for our troubles!!
The function was to raise money for the Henry Surtees Foundation so lets hope the raised lots of money.
At least we could laugh about it when we were there!

I would have got a shot of you getting your wallet out & buying us a drink but the fastest my camera goes to is 1/2000th of a second, so not quick enough unfortunately
You haven't told everyone how honest people are in Edenbridge, after leaving your wallet, iPhone & iPad on the passenger seat of an unlocked C4S & they were still there 50 minutes later when you returned.

How come you lot are standing in big wet field almost on yer own and some bloke is roaring down the high street in a old open wheeled single seater, edenbridge ain't that big must have been well silenced
