Boxster Cracked back window.

Hiya all, I did the unthinkable in the winter and put my hood down and CRACK! the 3 cracks are all small and confined to the top right hand corner. I had only got the used roof fitted from Porschapart for £250 about twelve months ago and is in outstanding condition other than the cracks. Any cheap fix ideas welcome as I'm currently buying a house and am systematically being bent over by the solicitors and the estate agents. I have heard of some resin/glue called E6000, has anyone heard of it or used it? I have even thought about trying to melt in some small cut out strips from a laminating sheet using an iron and a tea towel but got talked out of it.
The annoying thing is I only put the roof down to try and cure my intermitent window drop problem! Which incidently seemed to work
All ideas or suggestions are welcome.

About £300 will see a brand new rear plastic window stitched in, all inclusive and to the same standard as the Porsche factory item.

As the window ages it becomes more brittle and a new plastic window will last another 10 years or more.

If you think it is bad that you have had this happen to your car, image my discomfort when we recently serviced a customers Boxster in our warm workshop and parked it outside, the rear screen was absolutely fine.. About an hour later when the customer came to collect it they noticed that it had split across one corner, with the only explanation that it was the change in temperature of the workshop to the freezing cold day outside.... Needless to say, not only did we pay for their window replacement (they had no way of knowing it was not through is being idiots) but also they needed to go about 100 miles home that day, so we needed to collect the car from them, get the window done and then return it back to them...

PITA but what is needed to keep customers happy
