Getting there, Becky was deciding what to wear on an hour by hour basis, maybe need to swap the Boxster for a Cayenne & trailer?
Paul cleaned the Boxster last weekend & of course it's peed down ever since!
Just been down to OPC Tonbridge for a gearbox oil change & an Elf check. The Tip box now changes smoothly all the time, where as before the odd change sounded like the gearbox was about to fall out!

Looking forward to this too .... Although now the wife isn't coming I am going to need some more euros for beer as my cousin is standing in ....

Weather has scuppered the cleaning plan although the belts change and service work finished on Saturday was a bonus.

May be a case of what you see is what you get with the detailing !!

Driving 400 miles this week so far has made my clean car a dirty car

Not sure weather to take a kit to clean the car at the hotel or local though I'd also need to take some steps

I'll have a collapsible bucket & some car shampoo with me & a mitt, not sure what they are for though my man will know
The car wash kit was in extensive use last year at Laon! After Paul cleaned it to death at the weekend I'd like to build at least another coat of wax on it.

Think I will cobble something together tomorrow night.

Glad your still coming, it doesn't need a cloaking device.

Cleaning a dirty car with collapsible buckets and using detailing spay is what causes all the swirl marks.

Better to leave it dirty

Not the main event but part one of the road trip some pictures of the day and the journey.
