993 alarm problems

Post by RaeB »

My 993 has developed a rather naughty habit, the alarm sounds in the middle of the night for about 10 secs, nothing appears to have triggered it (people, cats, gales). It has happened occasionally in the past, usually once every 2-3 weeks, but it seems to be getting more frequent i.e. the last 3 nights. I've checked for cat footprints, but unless they wiped their feet before they jumped up, nothing. I think I'm about to be lynched by the neighbours!

Anyone else experienced the alarm on their 993 acting in a strange manner?
I like it here...I think I'll stay!

One of our members Graheme White is experiencing similar problems. No solution as yet though, but I'll keep you posted.
