I think mine has just popped and £150 for a new one is a little out of my reach right now.

I'd check the rad temp switch first

Yeah ... after reading the other forums and the guide for servicing the relay.. 1 thermo switch is on it's way.
I think it was possibly a short from the first wash of ownership. so it was halfway there already.
Although if anyone has a turbo/s2 dual fan relay going let me know, It looks like this could be a long running battle
