Hi All
Can anyone tell me what emissions (co) to expect on a 964 with a de-cat pipe fitted.
Mine seems to be high, want to know if it should be less than the 4.5% that the mot allows for a 1990 car.

1990 car is 3.5% not 4.5%, Porsches generally are pretty low. The 944 is 1.8%.Eric Finley wrote:Hi All

Re: 964 emissions with de-cat pipe
To complete story I've fitted new lamda sensor and CO has dived to 0.57% from 7.6%, HC to 58 ppm from 227 ppm. Result passed MOT.
