Hi All,

Just checked the CITP website. Looks like we can expect 30 Porsches on the day. Might be more if some people haven't registered and turn up on the day. Porsche heaven!!!

I'll bring the Gazebo, disposible BBQ's, stands and fire extingusher.
You bring the pop up TiPEC 'sign'.
If anyone signs up we'll give them a free burger.

Just seen your post. Unfortunately, Harewood House prohibit the use of BBQ's. Killjoys

Most shows do these days.
Off the ground ones with extingushers are usually exceptions. I will try to contact the organisers.

Scottish region use all off the floor ones and gas burners.
They are so organised they have muliple tables, gazebos etc and can feed 40 odd people....

When we had a meeting with Elizabeth, the events manager there, we were told NO BBQ's and anyone using one would be evicted from the grounds

Plans for the weekend have changed so looks like I will be able to attend the event. As I will have to pay on the day will I be able to park up with you guys as I think the gates open at about 10/10.30am for people paying on the day.

I believe Pre booked means you can arrive from 9am.. Not being funny just don't want to end up in the main car park as that's no fun...

I think that you can probably still pre-book as you print the tickets off from the Cars in the Park website, so you are not waiting for them to be posted out. Cheaper in advance too!

Just checked the CITP website.
Only 11 cars are shown on the Tipec stand.
30 Porsches are shown attending.

Depending on the list you look at there will be 750 or 357 cars at the show.

Checked with the organiser. No barbeques, but we can have a gazebo.

My AC has packed up too!

My AC works fine but I have lost a blade off one of the radiator fans so I had to disable it.

I only got one due to my being with my wife and baby.
This only shows a fraction of the cars.
Sure that the other guys must have some.
