Mallory Park trackday Saturday Sept 5th TIPEC discounts

Hi Fellas

Summer’s heading swiftly our way and we’re ready to launch our next Trackaction-Online club trackday! On Saturday September 5th we will be running an open pitlane at Mallory Park and all TIPEC members are invited to come along!

Mallory is a great venue, not too hard to learn but still plenty challenging enough to keep you interested all day and it’s pretty central so not as much of a trek to get to as places like Cadwell and Croft! We will be limiting numbers to make sure that everyone can get plenty of tracktime, and free instruction will be available on the day so it’s the perfect day out whether you are a novice or a regular track-monkey. Please note that this is a 98db event so not all Porsches will pass the limit but I would expect that most of the front engined or well silenced cars should be OK.

The list price for the day is £195 but as usual we have agreed a discount with Sean for club members and there is an extra bonus for booking early. The club rate is £180 but the first ten places booked will get an extra £30 off and the next twenty will get another £15 so they will pay £150 and £165 respectively. Obviously we expect these places to go fairly quickly so to give everyone a fair chance we will be activating the discounts on Saturday June 6th at 9am and then it’s first come, first served for the cheaper places!

Are you POSITIVE there is no noise limit as mine at 7000 revs goes OFF my Db meter at 125 Db..... ????

There is no noise limit - we have to pick up the keys to the circuit and let ourselves in and there will be no staff/marshalls on site so no sound testing.

If you need a hotel this might be a good place to start as its very close to the circuit

I had planned to keep this a member only event but money is king. If I get a cheque from you payable to "Tipec Central" for £55 (full day) or £35 (half day) then you have a slot. Just PM me and I will send my address for posting.

Less than one week to go now and the weather forecast is looking good
