Just two pictures from Tatton Park Classic & Sports Car Show

It's funny - I always take a camera, and hardly ever take any pictures.

So only two, and both of my car, but you can see 1, how wonderful was the weather, and 2, how crammed to the gunnals with a huge variety of Porsches was the (multiple prize-winning) Tipec stand.

Its good to see pictures of a 914 as they are so rare these days and hear that NW region won best club stand yet again. Have they bought a throphy cabinet yet?

Do Tatton have a date for next years show?
I was last a Tatton nearly 10 years ago and it was fantastic then.
I drove my girlfriends 928 S2 and my brother took my 968. I had been talking about buying a GTS so my brother sold it when was away for a sandwich.

Like yourself I always take a camera but am always to buy looking to take pictures.

Tatton Park is a joint show with Cheshire & Staffs Region and is held twice a year usually early June and end of August, the two regions have a great time together and its a chance to catch up with old friends, drop either myself ( Steve Taylor ) RO for Cheshire & Staffs or Brenda Marginson ( ARO for North West ) an email if you would like to bring your car along, if its a Porsche its welcome.

The 914 belongs to Carl Rose a Cheshire & Staffs Member, great car and Carl always likes to bring it out when he can, it's an on going project which we see improving all the time, keep up the hard work Carl !

Thank you Steve - it positively flew through it's MOT just a couple of hours ago,(not even an advisory - Yipee!) which means I'm all set now for Cholmondley Castle in a couple of weekends time. Hope to see you there.

Love the 914, but why not take more photos of the rest of the show?

I have a very visual, image-based memory, excellent recall and an urge to see and store scenes first hand, not vicariously through a camera lense.

Oh, and I'm lazy.
