Gearknob removal and wheel nut torque

Hi,

Can any experts out there tell me how to remove the gearknob from my 1976 911.

It's the 915 gearbox with a standard black plastic knob.

Also what torque should I use for my alloy wheel nuts on my alloy wheels.
