Have a 911 carrera 1987
The top speaker cover in the driver door is missing, ordered new part, turned up today, wrong part, the overall diameter of the new speaker cover is about 50mm the cover should be about 25mm
spoke to porsche, they said no other size available for that model and year. Has any one got any ideas, not sure if after market speakers fitted. Suspect not as the hole in the door would have been biggger to accomodate the original speaker. could any one check the diameter of the top door speaker for me any suggestions where to get new cover

Ask them to check other models. I take it the other side has the same? Does it have a part number on it?

You have 2 options, either fit new speakers and there covers or scrap yard.
