Convertible window replacement

Post by lyonsp »

Can anyone help me in the replacement of a plastic rear window to a glass one, or where I can get a new plastic window sewn-in. Names numbers websites will help. I live 10 miles or so, west of Manchester.

Thnaks

Paul.

to be honest anything beyond 1985 is beyond my experience. I really dont know. Promax have a good rep though, you might want to ring them and ask.

I replaced my 2002 Boxster S hood with a new one from Carhood Warehouse, it cost £745 including VAT and fitting and is a full glass back window version with rear demister linked in to the standard switch for the mirrors. I am very pleased with it, so much easier to look out of than the crappy plastic one and no worries about it cracking or needing to be folded.
