Pics need to be around the 640 x 480 or slightly bigger, that looks quite big still

Try microsofts image resizing utility. Very basic but easyier to use than Irfanview. Just google & it will take you straight there. Then resize you pics to small & upload them here using the "add the file" button at the bottem of the screen when you post.
