I've finally done it

After about 18 months of debating what should I buy 964 Turbo 2, Slantnose, 930 LE, I have paid the deposit on a 996 C4S cabriolet.

Midnight Blue with Cinnamon Leather interior with dark maple and very highly spec'd. Switchable Sports Exhaust etc.

It's definately a marmite interior and looks very Larry with the hood up and stunning with the hood down.

I pick it up next Saturday.

Cheers mate, it's certainly very different to the Speedster and the Cabby.

Congratulations Sean, 996's represent such good value now and can't be overlooked, could probably almost buy two for the same ammount as your other options would cost :D :D did you get a hard top with it ?

Yes it comes with a tin lid.

They are good value and the C4's seem to be selling quite quickly, most of the dealers are low on stock for all 996/997.

Nice one Sean.

Glad to read it's got the proper exhaust on it. :headbang:

Looking forward to seeing/hearing it.

Well done, Sean :salute:

It should make up for the newly emasculated R32 fiasco :D

congrats on the purchase, 996 are such good value at the moment they can't be ignored, sounds like you got yourself a decent specced one and with the sports exhaust we'll hear it before we see it :D

I picked it up this afternoon, the noise from the PSE is awsome. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Lots of swotting to do this evening, I need to work out how all the gizmo's work.

Here are a few pictures with the lid on, I'll take some with it off when I've figured out how to remove it. Then I've got to work out where to store it :?
