Gearknob removal and wheel nut torques

Hi,

Can any of you experts out there tell me how to remove the black plastic gearknob from my 1976 911?

Also what torque should I use for alloy wheel nuts with my alloy wheels.

Not sure about gearknob removal but the wheel nuts are all the same at 93ft/lbs (not 924 for the record)
