964 in paint shop - what insurance renewal should I take?

My 964 has at last made it to a paint shop - but its going to be a couple of months - striped to the galvanised layer and hand crafted back to as new
But my insurance runs out soon

I dont know what to take out as cover as want a healthy agreed valuation but cant produce the evidence as the car is in pieces!!

Any advice appreciated....


Well renewed for a £32k agreed valuation! - this baby doesn't owe me a penny...


Got my boy back last weekend - renewed insurance on £40k agreed valuation - (wish I'd asked for more as they didn't even question it!)
