i have an offer of buying a 930 cab what is it worth

hi all
i have an offer of buying a 1988 930 cab its done about 55k in great condition
but has major oil leak and the syncros need doing in the gearbox it it runs well and rest of car is very tidy
what do you think this is worth
and how much to sort out the problem i assume it will need a full engine strip down
any help will be much appreciated
