I have been thinking about selling my 944 and getting a boxster but would like to know what it is to use as my every day drive,ie running costs ,mpg ,.l will be looking to spend about £5000,any help would be great .

I would budget £1500 a year running costs. MPG depending on model 28-32.

Dash tells me I get 27mpg in my 2.7
