Value my car?

Preferably without looking at my ad on here (or in AT) lol anyone care to offer a value for my '06 Cayman S manual with 53K miles as there's little sign of interest (a few no shows) and am wondering if I'm pitching it incorrectly. In arctic silver on full black leather she's got 6 CD player, PCM satnav, heated seats, private plate, rear park assist, standard Cayman S wheels with good / very good Contact3 rubber on, rear wiper, nearly new discs & pads, recent alternator, battery & starter motor together with full history (OPC / specialist) and masses of paperwork and receipts - including for a 'still under warranty' Hartech engine rebuild at 44K miles where cylinders were all strengthened beyond the norm, low temp thermo fitted, new belt. New IMS & RMS. Taxed til April, MOT til Nov '14. Inside immaculate, exterior just about perfect (a few very tiny stone chips).
What's she worth please?

Median price on Autotrader seems to be £15-£16K for that sort of spec. My blunt opinion here. Yours is Silver/Black so are dozens of others. It is the wrong time of year to sell a sports car, just post Xmas & the weather is crap. Another couple of months when the sun comes out (if ever) will make a difference.
Discussions elsewhere seem to show that an engine rebuild whilst a good thing doesn't materially affect values for some weird reason.

I've gotta agree too.
There are dealer cars with lightly less miles at £16.5k
Just depends how quick you want to get rid of it
If I was looking for one i'd like the fact it's had the engine work done but others are sadly keener to see more toys

I agree with Jason. The fact it has had an engine rebuild by Hartech, resolving the design faults that Porsche should have sorted in the first place, would draw me towards your Cayman in preference to others with a higher spec. Take it off the market and wait 'til the sun comes out.....or keep it as a sibling for the Boxster?

Like everyone said bad time of the year but should improve with the Spring coming, price is OK, but so many available with same or less miles and although I know the peace of mind the engine rebuild gives to someone new to buying a Porsche I think it will put them off, newish car and needing a new engine!!!!

You could always try Pistonheads classifieds or eBay. 911 Virgin also purchase Porsche cars for cash.
