Hi chaps. Just a quick post.
Will there be a TIPEC presence at this years August Tatton show.??
I realise you probably went to the "early" show, but just wanting to know if you are at this one.??
If so what might the arrangements be.??

Colt and myself are gonna be there too and if you guys do want to have something there we will help out as Colt said on a previous post.
We will most probably be going in both cars too (with some small changes to my 44 )

its possible scho might have this and try get russ along too.

I know i certainly noticed a fair few bits when i was working on mine over the last few days......VW this audi that. Thank god its stuff thats hidden( only joking thought VW and Audi aint that bad)

this was a crackin day out even though we were a bit presumptuous about the weather but all in all a great turn out

I'm not in the habit of taking pictures at car shows, but as no one else seems to be putting theirs up, here's one of the very few I did take:

It was a very good day out although my feet were absolutely filthy but who cares.

And thank you for allowing me to join all the other cars on the stand, it was very very kind of you

The brake failiure seems to have been caused by one of the push-fit pipes from the reservior to the master cylinder popping partially out, and thereby draining all the reservoir contents onto the road - I say 'seems' as I have re-housed the pipe and filled-up with fluid, but the durability of the fix has yet to be proven, and may yet demand a new master cylinder.

The fix for the battery will be a new battery, and that can wait until I've decided whether I have to spend on a new master cylinder or not...

i'd like to take a look at that master cyl i bet i could sort somethin

Hehe - you are a good man to know - and on the strength of that comment, I'll be in touch if it transpires I haven't fixed it myself.
