OK, it's a problem with the custom style we use for the forum, as I can vote using the default style.

User Control Panel -> Board preferences -> My board style: and choose TIPEC4
It's not perfect yet (e.g. the main logo is not right) but you should be able to vote on polls. Can a few people try the TIPEC4 style out for me?
