Can anyone remind me please of the significance of the red wheel stud on the 993 ,I did know and have forgotten, just saves me looking it up. Cheers

The red stud is aligned with the valve stem when replacing a wheel.

thanks Nick, could not remember if it was aligned with, or opposite the valve, its an age thing :roll: as I am sure you know :lol:gonna try out my new costco jack and clean out my cross drillings, hmm nice :D

Just checked Nick, my book says opposite the valve stem.

Yup, they changed it in 89.
