So 12 weeks ago I stumbled on 80k mile 964 that drove like a new car but had a few issues with the bodywork, In a heart over head moment I bought it and after what feels like a lifetime of being under or in the car working on it, Its nearly ready for the Windsor show

Some new parts, some used parts, and a whole lot of man hours

So the list so far Bodywork + replacement wing and rear quarter/ AP Design CUP wheels and new rubber/RS front PU ducts/wiper delete/ rear seat delete+ Southbound Rear RS carpet set/KW V3 shocks new top mounts and Powerflex bushes/ RS rear bumper/ G-pipe removing final silencer and about 100 clips/ brackets/screws and bits of rubber

I sure it will be worth it !!

Well done that '64 is looking great, quite surprised at the amount of rot in it though, any particular reason?

As far as I can see it was just the sheer build up of mud nearside as the previous owner lived in a country setting

The car has 21 OPC stamps so one for every year ,so you would have thought they would have said something to the owner because that rust bubble had been doing its stuff for a few years !!

Those plastic sills can hold 1/2 a bucket of dirt on their own
