Thanks for the comments but we have achieved this as a team. A lot of people have helped to get us on track over the years and without their contributions we would have gone under.

I thought the AGM was very positive and the new Committee will be able to maintain our current financial status and more importantly our culture.

There is a view in some quarters that the region's do not need the Club. A thriving region is great, but be mindful when people move on, it can go downhill quite quickly. Several regions have almost disappeared when this has happened.

We have a very inclusive Club and I am looking forward to taking a back seat and enjoying the events over the coming months.

Agree with all the comments made, well done Sean for making things happen over the last years and good luck to the new "management" team in maintaining and improving the standing of our enjoyable club :D :wink:
