Cost, £300 for ste (painter).
£60 for curly the welder.
£160 new bits, seals, trims, bolts ect;
About £560 ish all in.
Didnt take any pics due to very poor conditions.
Started the rebuild, got sum bits done, mirrors on, door handles, 1 side skirt, sum seals/trims.
Picked up the roll cage, v white

Very good price ...... looking forward to seeing the finish with all bits/parts fitted.

Did a bit more, then it started to rain.
Cage and 1 seat in, other side skirt.
The white cage looks awesome
Stands out against the black interior, well happy.

dunno about that, ill think about it.
I kinda like the rs/tourer look.
Still not put her back togther, spent all weekend making seat bases to fit recaros into the bmw (track rat).
Fitted the other seat and door handle b4 it went dark, goes dark at 4 thats no use to me
My nxt day of is sunday, ill throw the bumpers on and give the old girl a wash then take sum pics.

But iam sure you can find a cheap painter near you, save the hundred mile journey.
My painter is building a new spray booth, when this is done your all wellcome
