C00 is the mother country, Germany (in same way as used to be 01 for London!).

Option codes do not vary in decoding by country, but of course some codes denote certain options/variations unique to certain countries.

M491 is Turbo Look. 431 refers to a steering wheel option?

found out 431 is the number for a right hand drive targa.

No Mike has call sign car 491
