i got asked by security to move on a couple of winters ago when i was playing in the snow in the local superstore car park

Right all you doubters...I had the car sorted out at Center Gravity and Chris Franklin described these tyres as "fruity" when he first got the car. He has weaved his magic and on the subsequent test drive I did a roundabout test that sounds a bit like that circle thing. Basically the back end will indeed break under duress but you can control it and power on through. Best feeling I've had in the car so far - and clearly of interest to the car behind who followed us round the roundabout several times.... I've also done several cross-country dashes and they feel fine, nice bend hugging stuff. (they were made this year BTW)

Anyway hope this helps in the general Waitrose vs Aldi tyre debate - I wouldn't have chosen them but I am pleasantly surprised. Of course if chunks of rubber break off I'll let you know... :silent:
