Hi Guys, whilst runnunig through the gears, at 5000 revs i had grey smoke coming out of the back of the exhuast, i pulled over straight away and waited for the AA. ON tick over still getting lots of grey smoke, the AA man checked water pressure, all ok, also the water was not contaminated at all. I did not notice any loss of power and at tick over the engine seemed ok, there is a slight residue of water at the exhaust opening but AA man does not think it is the head gasket. Does anyone have any ideas please?
Thanks
Paul

Yes agree above, pull off air intake pipes and check for oil. Make sure they sell the latest design as has been changed a couple of times

Re: Grey smoke billowing out of exhaust
Thanks for the info, it was the air oil seperator causing the smoke, my bill was £162 including labour.
