944 wiper mech

Post by PaulC »

Hi,

I am looking for a drivers side wiper mechanism. The drivers side push joint keeps popping out

Hi Paul

I've been trying to send you a pm but there appears to be a problem as it keeps coming up with an error message. I've got a wiper mechanism complete with wiper motor if you're interested - £20 inclusive of postage.

You actually don't need a new one. You can drill the old one & put a self locking bolt or split pin through to hold it together. Or JM garage will sell you just the bit you need. Always the drivers side that fails as it gets wet. keep the new one well greased & it will last longer.
944 lux, Eco car. Off the road more than it's on!
Audi 2.0 TDI Good but rather boring..........
944 now sold.
